St Pancras Brasserie and Champagne Bar by Searcys has launched three new menu additions, including an afternoon tea, a Market Menu and Champagne package.
Served in a stylish suitcase, the Staycation Afternoon Tea features a choice of tea or glass of Veuve Clicquot, along with finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with strawberry preserve and cream and various sweet treats, including Victoria sponge and passion fruit meringue pie. What’s more, there are also dog treats on offer for furry friends.
The new Market Menu is available in the Brasserie, and offers indulgent dishes such as Cured Looe Bay mackerel with pickled fennel, Gressingham duck confit with butter beans and a Yorkshire rhubarb fool.
Finally, the Champagne Bar has launched Searcys Bubble, a pairing concept that sees a bottle of Champagne served with small plates created by head chef Colin Layfield. The options include:
Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label with artisan Suffolk smoked salmon, horseradish cream, soda bread
Veuve Clicquot Rosé with a mini burger, bacon and aged cheddar
Veuve Clicquot 2012 Vintage Blanc with a lemon macaroon
