C7 Brands has announced that its coconut water brand Coco Fuzion 100 has become the Official Hydration Supporter of the Invictus Games Sydney 2018.
Founded by Prince Harry in 2014, the Invictus Games is an international sporting event for wounded, injured and ill servicemen and women, both active duty and veteran. The Games use the healing power of sport to inspire recovery, support rehabilitation and generate a wider understanding and respect for those who serve their country.
Capitalising on the growing demand for a healthier alternative to sugary sports drinks, Coco Fuzion 100 will provide product, including drinking water and branded water bottles to all competitors taking part in the upcoming Invictus Games in Sydney, Australia from 20th – 27th October.
Coco Fuzion 100 will also be working with a group of Invictus Games competitors from the UK Team in an ambassadorial role, supporting their journey and creating content to showcase their strength and determination in their lives during, and away from, the Games.
Furthermore, for those looking to take away their own piece of history, a bespoke Invictus Games inspired Coco Fuzion 100 can will be developed and sold at retail. A percentage of product sales will contribute to Invictus Games Sydney 2018.
As a key element in announcing the brand’s core benefits, Coco Fuzion 100 has signed up over 20 leading athletes as brand ambassadors. These include England rugby star Chris Robshaw and former British and Irish Lions coach and rugby legend Sir Ian McGeechan.
