Swingers opens West End site with street food vendors

Entertainment and dining concept Swingers has announced its new London West End location in the former BHS site by Oxford Circus.

Due to open in mid-March the nine-hole crazy golf venue encourages drinking on the courses (Caddies will keep golfers well lubricated with cocktails while they play) while four street food vendors will be available directly before or after a game.

The first street food partner to announce for Swingers (West End) is the Made Of Dough Slice Bar. Made of Dough started out taking its wood-fired oven pulled behind a Land Rover to festivals around the UK. They have since put down roots with a pizza kiosk in Brixton and an acclaimed pizzeria in Peckham. Their new Slice Bar concept serves ‘pizza in teglia’ – Roman style – with dough made from just flour, water, sea salt and extra virgin olive oil.

Patty&Bun also takes its place a stalwart of Swingers (City) since it opened in May 2016, handing out Ari Golds and Colin Montgomery burgers (created exclusively for Swingers).

Swingers are very excited to be adding Hackney Gelato, the Italian gelato company founded by Enrico and Sam, who met whilst working at the Michelin starred Locanda Locatelli.

The English twist that they add to their classic Italian recipes has led to them supplying bespoke ice-creams to restaurants that include Som Saa and Kitty Fishers. Swingers (West End) will be Hackney Gelato’s first concession and will serve an exciting menu of gelatos, sundaes and alcoholic shakes making it the perfect fit for the new Swingers 1920s English Riviera theme.
