SSP has announced a new global partnership with Gordon Ramsay, in an exclusive deal to operate a worldwide premium grab-and-go concept for airports.
The new concept is to be called Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go, building on the success of the original Plane Food dining experience from London Heathrow’s Terminal 5.
“Gordon Ramsay has some iconic dishes for which he is known across the world, and we’re very excited to be working closely with his team to make sure these become an integral part of the Gordon Ramsay Plane Food To Go customer experience,” comments Mark Angela, chief commercial officer for SSP.
